Service Agreement Terms

When you engage Megafluxbridge for mobile app development services, we establish a collaborative partnership based on mutual respect and clear expectations. Our project agreements typically span 3-8 months depending on app complexity, with milestone-based deliverables that keep your project moving forward.

We require a 50% deposit before beginning development work, with remaining payments tied to specific project milestones. If project scope changes during development—which happens more often than you might expect—we'll discuss additional costs upfront rather than surprising you with invoices later.

• All source code becomes your property upon final payment completion
• We maintain development files and project documentation for 24 months after delivery
• App Store and Google Play submissions require your developer accounts
• Post-launch support options range from 3-month to annual maintenance packages
• Either party may terminate projects with 30 days written notice

Data Collection & Usage

We collect only information necessary for project delivery and client communication. This includes business contact details, project requirements, and technical specifications you provide during our consultation process. Your app ideas and business concepts remain confidential throughout our relationship.

For apps we develop, data collection depends entirely on your app's functionality. We help you understand Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act requirements and implement appropriate privacy measures. Your users' data belongs to you, not us.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

We occasionally showcase completed projects in our portfolio, but only with explicit client permission and after apps have launched publicly. If you prefer complete privacy about our working relationship, we respect that choice completely.

Service Limitations & Warranties

We provide professional mobile app development services to the best of our abilities, but can't guarantee specific download numbers, user engagement rates, or revenue outcomes. App success depends on many factors beyond development quality, including market timing, marketing efforts, and user preferences.

Our apps undergo thorough testing before delivery, but we can't anticipate every possible device configuration or user behavior. We provide warranty coverage for development-related bugs discovered within 90 days of project completion, with fixes included at no additional cost.
